Important Convention Policies:
- All attendees must be registered and wear badges that are issued at registration to all ticketed events.
- Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Attendees are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets via this website. Non-paid pre-registration is unavailable this year.
- Tickets are not mailed, please pick them up at Pre-registration table when you arrive. Receipts will be emailed, if an accurate email is provided at checkout. BUFFET TICKETS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE REGISTRATION DESK.
- Tickets will be sold at onsite registration until closed or sold-out. FULL ADMISSION MUST BE PAID TO ACCESS ROUNDUP EVENTS. THERE WILL BE NO DAY PASSES.
- Tickets for the Golf Outing, Breakfast Buffett, Sunday Roast and other events will be sold on this website until February 28.
- No refunds on events after February 20 or unless cancelled.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a newcomer

Registration is just 1450 THB when purchased online. 1500 THB at the door. Online sales will begin on September 20, 2024

Online Registration will open September 20, 2024 and will close on February 28, 2025
If you are not registered by February 28 plan on registering onsite. Onsite Registration opens at noon on Friday, March 07, 2025. Online registration will not reopen.
